Zasman Vet Islington

144 Liverpool Rd, London N1 1LA, UK – 020 7609 9023

Pretty good vets BUT in my experience of using them, have found that they often over sell/charge. Even for simple procedures like boosters and worming/fleaing, the cost frequently escalates from what you're quoted over the telephone. Good vets, although there are better

have found all staff very friendly always happy to help face to face or on the phone very good vets

Canonbury Vets and Pet Store

226-228 Essex Rd, London N1 3AP, UK – 020 7359 1888

I can not sing enough praise for how much I love this vet. Having moved down from Manchester we were without a vet for our two fur babies, then we stumbled upon this place and they look after not only them but us as well. Anytime there has been cause for concern they are straight there on the phone for us.

Super nice staff, Scout was vaccinated and spayed here, after her operation she barely missed a beat and didn't even need a cone of shame.

Beaumont Sainsbury Animal Hospital

4 Royal College St, London NW1 0TU, UK – 020 7387 8134

The exotics department are amazing with my rabbits and very patient with me as a very anxious owner. Jo in particular has excellent expertise and is one of the only vets I trust with my rabbits. Reception staff and friendly and helpful and having a separate place for exotic pets is very beneficial. Thank you!

I have taken my animals here for many years but have concerns that money now comes before the well being of the animals. I have been taking my little cat Pickle here for a couple of months, initially with a dental problem but then a diagnosis of over-active thyroid was made, she is still poorly and I feel we are no further on. The tablets prescribed by The Beaumont made her very sick and she had to be admitted with dehydration to be put on a drip - when I collected her the previous day’s estimate of £410had rocketed to a £537 bill. This just covered a one night stay at the clinic and some tests! The hospital insist on all bills being paid immediately and I was advised that if I couldn’t pay I should take my cat to The Blue Cross or RSPCA. Whilst I was there another pet owner was contesting her bill and it turned out she had been hugely overcharged and this caused her a lot of anxiety. So far I have paid well in excess of £800 and to be honest am thinking of going elsewhere as she’s still poorly and I cannot afford the fees charged at The Beaumont. Very disappointing.
