Wonderful service by Kristi, she was very friendly and smiled (which is rare I found in London). As my old phone was beyond repair and I only had a day left in London, as I do not know much about phones and Itunes, she went out of her way to ensure my new phone and itunes was set up and all ready to go. Thanks to her I didn't loose any valuable photos from my 'old' phone. AA++
David Karmel has solved issues relating to two of my Windows computers which others had failed to do. He was able to bring to bear his long and extensive experience in a fully professional manner and with excellent results. He did not give up even when the solutions seemed elusive. He fees are reasonable and I consider him to be an honest and ethical man. I would not hesitate to go back when I am again confronted with another difficult issue. He also sells hardware at competitive prices.

I can't speak for the repair these guys do. When it comes to dealing with them on buying, returning pc components and any tech, they are very patient, knowledgeable and willing to help with any issues. This one of the most friendly shops in all of London, the guys are happy to nerd out over new hardware, they're all in their 40s or later and most importantly for me, they never try to con you for a sale. I filled out a list of items and their respective prices, the guy read through the list, said he couldn't beat them and even offered the places I should check, a few were for the prices I already quoted. They're not very competitive but they're happy to lower their prices to meet if the difference isn't too high and they still make at least a profit. TL;DR : Epsilon Computers is a well stocked source for PC components, peripherals and accessories and the guys in the store are knowledgeable & friendly, they'll help you part out your build if you're unsure and won't try to con you.
Got a few custom pcs over the years from these guys. They are a bit more expensive than if you bought off a larger company but they always have really good hardware. Computers are well built and they usually build it same day

A small but diverse selection of electronics. From small components up to large devices. There are also a variety of electronics kits that should suit every wielder of a soldering iron from experts down to first timers. The are also many products to buy that require little or no assembly. The shop is located only a few minutes walk from the nearest tube station making access easy.
The first branch I've ever been in where the member of staff had a clue about the products. Had quite a chat and he is studying electrical engineering. Knew the products and where to find them. Definitely employee of the month.
