First rate service, comfort, food, amenities, and location. A very easy 5 star rating. I was here for a business meeting and multi night stay. Everyone I interacted with was a complete professional. The entire hotel including the restaurant, pool, and bar were all extremely well maintained. Also the food in the meeting rooms was top notch. It was not your typical banquet food. I will be back.
Graham at the front door was amazing. He made us feel like we were at home. The staff and room were amazing. The place is beautiful. Short walk to Westminster tube station. The boat tour across the river was very fun and convenient.

Location is great but it's located in a residential area which is bit weird for me. The other strange part is when you walk into your room, you will find yourself thinking this is but odd. As you walk in, it's your bed and bath then in the back past the little hallway is the living room and kitchen. I would expect the living room and kitchen should be first - strange. Overall. Quality is good, included breakfast is great, staff are super friendly, and it is clean. Would recommend this place and would stay here again.
Very accommodating and friendly staff. The free breakfast was surprisingly good and varied over the few days I was there. Note that you will need to sign a waiver and have the access to the 24-hour gym added to your room key in order to access it.

Our food came out so quick, it was as if they pre-cooked it knowing what we were going to order. It's not the best roast I've had. I asked for my sirloin to be medium-rare, but it was pretty much well-done. The Yorkshire pudding was over done too and gravy too thick. It's a nice little pub, away from the busy main roads. Wheelchair access: There is a small step to get in and toilets are downstairs (so not accessible).
Lovely little pub, away from the main road. Had a great IPA on tap and the Sunday roast was spot on. Don't think I've ever been asked how I want my beef cooked when ordering a Sunday roast before so that was a pleasure as I like mine pink and not like leather. The beef was perfect and the gravy was lush...

Reasonably priced for a London pub. Book well in advance if you want a table (shows how popular they are!) But they also allow you to take drinks outside so you can sit by the canal.
Nice to sit overlooking the canal. More of a pricey restaurant than a pub. Lacks diversity, seems to attract a certain type of crowd. The only way I can describe this place. DULL DULL DULL.

Love the atmosphere here, staff and regulars are all very friendly and welcoming. Today we had the Sunday roast for lunch which was superb. Looking forward to going back soon
Local pub with tasty food and a good choice of beer. I liked that there was no music on and I only noticed the football on the TV screen on my way out.

This is a really nice place to stay over if you pop up to see London. Well located, easy access every where you like. It's clean, it's fine. Breakfast has nice options to choose from. I would recommend it , for short stay as I was :)
Good for weekend away in London. I got a single room with bathroom and both are good size. There are towels and shower toiletries provided. Everything is clean and not smelly. Great location, 5 minutes walk from Euston station and Euston Sq underground. You can also leave the luggage before checkin and after checking out so it was a bestseller for me. Breakfast is included and it was tasty and fulfilling. It would need a little upgrading, but considering it is students accommodation, it was one of the better stays I had in London. So if you just need the place to crash in London and do not expect Ritz Carlton treatment, this place is definitely recommended

Its a Premier in... Good basic accommodation at a really affordable price. You can't beat clean, good, basic accommodation. It is great value for money and handy for the train station and the tube. From the tube you can easily access any part of London quickly and easily. Situated in the centre of London with nice restaurants around, you are in a really good position to enjoy London. This hotel is worth considering if you a visit London.
Great location. Rooms are nice and clean. Very friendly stuff. You are a minute from Kings cross station that have all the main tube lines. Also pleanty of restaurants and bars around. And the prices are fare with great value for money. Recommend !

Stayed in a family room on the 3rd floor. Big room, very clean, comfy bed, good sized bathroom. Had a great nights sleep. Position is fantastic. Buffet breakfast was good value as only had to pay for adults and kids ate free. Friendly helpful staff. They will keep left luggage until late into the evening after you checkout which is really handy.
Great location bye the London Eye off the Queen’s Walk! They hold your luggage before and after your stay, with free restrooms! Affordable, clean and friendly staff. Comfortable bed with with standard linens. Room has a desk and chair, there is tea and coffee for the morning with milk and sugar and hair dryer. My complaint is that for a 2 person room there were only 2 towels, one per person, (not one for hair) and the wash was a combined shampoo and body soap. You could tell this is where they were saving money. My husband didn’t complain, but apparently their hair care wasn’t up to snuff for me, but still 5 stars :)
If you would like something truly different you might like to have a look at Airbnb. These are mostly B and Bs provided by people on a very informal basis. The may have a spare room, a yurt, a cottage or a barge with space they can receive guests for a night or a month! The website is highly professional. You can really see what you are going to get. Very well worth a look. Airbnb also show 'conventional' B&Bs as well. Enjoy!
